We're committed to bringing the beauty of TRUPANART to a global audience. Currently, we ship to:
- United States (Contiguous US): This includes all states within the 48 contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories, please contact us directly before your purchase to get a personalized shipping quote, as costs and times can vary significantly.
- European Union (EU): We ship to all 27 member countries of the European Union. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon receipt of your package in your country.
- International Shipping (Rest of the World): If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact our team. We'll do our best to find a viable shipping solution for you, providing a detailed quote and estimated delivery times.
2. Order Processing Times
Processing your order is the crucial first step to ensure your TRUPANART piece arrives in perfect condition. These times vary depending on the nature of the item:
- Artworks (Paintings, Sculptures, Prints, etc.): Protecting an artwork is our top priority. These pieces often require specialized packaging, including specific protective materials and, in some cases, custom-built crates. Therefore, the processing time for artwork shipments is 5 to 7 business days from payment confirmation. This allows us to ensure safe and appropriate packaging for transit.
- Silver Jewelry & Small Accessories: While delicate, our jewelry requires less preparation time. We'll process and ship your jewelry order within 2 to 3 business days from payment confirmation. They'll be carefully packed in their protective box or pouch to ensure their integrity.
3. Estimated Transit Times
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, the approximate transit times are:
- For shipments within the United States (Contiguous US): Expect your order to arrive in 3 to 7 business days. We use reliable courier services to ensure efficient delivery.
- For shipments to the European Union: The estimated transit time is 7 to 14 business days. Please note that customs procedures in the destination country can occasionally extend this period.
- For International Shipments (Rest of the World): Delivery times can vary considerably, from 10 to 21 business days or more, depending on the final destination and local customs procedures. We will always provide you with the most accurate estimate available at the time of shipping.
Important Note: These times are estimates and not guarantees. External factors such as holidays, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or customs delays can affect delivery schedules. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically during the checkout process. These are based on:
- Weight and Dimensions: Larger and heavier items will incur higher shipping costs.
- Destination: Rates vary based on distance and the regulations of the destination country.
- Item Type: Specialized packaging for artworks may influence the cost.

Enjoy Free Shipping! We offer free standard shipping for all orders with a total value of $500 USD or more (or its equivalent in EUR for EU shipments, calculated at the current exchange rate at the time of purchase). This threshold applies after any discounts are applied and before taxes.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For all shipments outside the United States, including the European Union and international destinations, please be aware of the following:
- Buyer's Responsibility: Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees or charges related to import are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the item price or the shipping cost paid to TRUPANART.
- Local Regulations: Customs policies vary drastically from country to country. We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office in your country before placing an order to fully understand potential charges and import regulations.
- Package Rejection: If a package is rejected by the buyer due to unpaid duties and taxes, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any additional costs incurred to return the package to TRUPANART will be deducted from any applicable refund.
6. Packaging & Protection of Your Items
The integrity of your purchase is paramount. At TRUPANART, we use the highest packaging standards:
- Specialized Artwork Packaging: Each artwork is protected with multiple layers of cushioning materials, such as heavy-duty bubble wrap, polyethylene foam, protective corner protectors, and in many cases, a custom-built wooden crate is used to ensure maximum security during transit. Delicate or large-format pieces are individually assessed to determine the safest packaging method.
- Secure Jewelry Packaging: Silver jewelry is shipped in sturdy, padded boxes to prevent any damage, and typically comes inside a gift bag or box.
Our goal is for every item to arrive at your door in the same pristine condition it left our studio.
7. Detailed Order Tracking
We know how exciting it is to await your new piece. That's why we'll keep you informed every step of the way:
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.

- Notification of Damages or Discrepancies: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or if there's any discrepancy with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photographs of the damage (both packaging and item) and a detailed description of the problem. This is vital for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and effectively resolve the situation.
